Barcode-based ingestion

Items scanned on arrival using CodeReadr mobile app. UPC, ISBN, catalog numbers, and custom barcodes supported. Scan triggers a Make.com automation sequence immediately.

Inventory mapping and location tracking

Each item assigned a physical location code within the warehouse. Airtable maintains a live inventory map β€” current location, quantity, condition, and status per item.

Image capture and processing

Photos taken at intake point using a standardized capture workflow. Cloudinary handles background removal, auto-crop, format conversion, and CDN delivery.

Metadata enrichment and pricing

External APIs (product databases, marketplaces) queried for metadata. Price Finder API returns condition-adjusted market pricing. AI generates descriptions and SEO-optimized titles.

Multi-channel publishing

Complete product records published to connected sales channels. Inventory quantities managed centrally β€” sold on one platform automatically updates all others.
